What we do not do
We do not accept, hold or handle client funds or securities. Every payment goes directly to Angel One Limited and every payout comes directly from them. If anyone asks you to transfer money or securities to us personally or to any account in our name, refuse and report it to Angel One.
We do not charge you anything — Angel One pays us. We do not issue any document in our own name. We are not a Research Analyst and not an Investment Adviser, and we do not give buy or sell calls, targets or tips. Those registrations are Angel One’s, and any recommendation you see in their app is issued by them under their own disclaimer.

Charges
Brokerage and charges are set by Angel One Limited, are the same whether an account is opened directly or through an Authorised Person, and will not exceed the SEBI prescribed limit. Figures quoted anywhere on this site are those published by Angel One Limited and are subject to change; the current position is always the one on angelone.in.
If something goes wrong
- Angel One Limited — raise it in the app or with their support and ask for a complaint reference.
- The exchange — NSE and BSE both run investor grievance mechanisms for complaints against a trading member or its Authorised Person.
- SEBI SCORES — SEBI’s online complaint system, and the Online Dispute Resolution portal for market disputes.
