01 Who I am

I am Swarnangka Samaddar, an Authorised Person of Angel One Limited, operating under Angel One code SWGR from B-1507, Arihant Aradhana, Plot No. 253 & 254, Sector 10, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410210.

In Angel One’s own words, an Authorised Person “acts as an enabler for those who want to invest in the stock market or the other investment avenues”. I am not a broker. The broker is Angel One Limited — SEBI Registration No. INZ000161534 — and your account, your money and your shares sit with them, not with me.

I am registered as an Authorised Person on three exchanges:

An Authorised Person can be affiliated with only one trading member on the same exchange. Mine is Angel One Limited, and only Angel One Limited. You can verify any code above on the exchange’s own Authorised Person search.

02 I never handle your money or your shares

No rupee and no share of yours ever passes through me, my account or my name.

Every payment you make goes directly to Angel One Limited. Every payout comes directly from them. If anyone asks you to transfer money or securities to me personally, to any account in my name, or in cash — refuse, and report it to Angel One immediately.

This is not a promise I am making voluntarily. It is the rule every Authorised Person in India works under, set out in the agreement between the trading member and the Authorised Person prescribed by the exchange: “The Authorized Person shall not receive or pay any money or securities in its own name or account. All receipts and payments of securities and funds shall be in the name or account of Trading Member… No fund/securities of clients shall go to account of the Authorized Person.”

03 What I actually do

Open your account properly the first time. Segment activation, nominee and DDPI — the parts people skip and pay for later.
Training built around what you actually trade. Angel One’s SmartMoney material, taken in the order that suits equity, F&O or commodities, on a call.
Answer the phone. One number, and someone who already knows your account.
Chase things for you. Margin queries, delayed payouts and ledger mismatches go in as an Authorised Person of the broker.
Administrative help — finding the right form, understanding a contract note, knowing what a charge is. The rules allow this, and stop exactly where a document has to be issued, which is Angel One’s job.

04 What I am not permitted to do

I cannot accept or hold your funds or securities — see section 02.
I cannot charge you anything. Not a fee, not a commission, not a service charge.
I cannot issue you any document in my own name — no bill, no confirmation memo, no contract note, no statement.
I cannot trade in your account without your instruction, and I will never ask for your password or TPIN.
I cannot work for another broker on the same exchange.
I cannot promise or guarantee any return, and nobody honestly can.

05 How I am paid

Angel One pays me. You do not. An Authorised Person “can receive remuneration fees, charges, commission, salary, etc. for his services only from the stock broker and shall not charge any amount from the clients”, in NSE’s own words.

Being straight about the incentive: I am paid a share of the brokerage Angel One earns on your trading. That is worth knowing when you read anything I write. It is also why nothing on this site tells you to trade more.

06 Advice, research and tips

I am not a Research Analyst and not an Investment Adviser, and I do not give buy or sell calls, price targets or stock tips. If anyone forwards you a “tip” claiming to be from me, it is not from me.

Angel One Limited holds those registrations — Research Analyst INH000000164 (BSE enlistment 5010) and Investment Adviser INA000008172 — and its research runs on the ProInsight RA Marketplace platform. Any recommendation you see in the Angel One app is issued by them, under their registration and their disclaimer.

Registration granted by SEBI, enlistment with BSE and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance. Nothing on this site implies any assured return, target return, percentage accuracy, risk-free recommendation, or a return free from market risk.

Anything I publish on YouTube or Instagram is education about how the market and the platform work. It is never a recommendation to buy or sell a particular security.

07 Your documents come from Angel One

Your contract notes, statements, ledger and tax reports are issued to you by Angel One Limited, to the email and mobile registered on your account. Keep those current and read what arrives — a contract note is the record of what was done in your name that day, and the window to dispute it is short. If a document has not reached you, tell me and I will chase it. I cannot write you a replacement.

08 Your information

Your KYC documents and account details are held by Angel One Limited as the broker and by the KRA, under their privacy policies. Where I handle a document during onboarding I use it only for that and do not keep it longer than the onboarding needs.

This website collects nothing. There is no form, no login, no tracking pixel and no cookie set by this page. Forms on the HUF page are downloads only — nothing you fill in is sent through this site. If you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation is on WhatsApp and subject to their terms.

09 If something goes wrong

Tell me first — most things are a misunderstanding about a charge or a pending credit. But you are never limited to me, and you should not be:

Angel One Limited — the broker holds the relationship and the obligation. Raise it in the app or with their support, and ask for a complaint reference.
The exchange — NSE and BSE both run investor grievance mechanisms for complaints against a trading member or its Authorised Person.
SEBI SCORES — SEBI’s online complaint system, and the Online Dispute Resolution portal for market disputes.

A complaint about me is a complaint Angel One is answerable for, which is exactly the protection the Authorised Person structure is meant to give you.

Charges and figures quoted here are those published by Angel One Limited and can change; the current position is always the one on angelone.in. Brokerage will not exceed the SEBI prescribed limit. This site carries no superlative claims and no comparison with other brokers, by design.
